Many of us worry about all kinds of things: work, relationships, money, health.
Some concerns are real but many are unnecessary.
Some people have become so fragile that even little things make them anxious and stressed.
The constant question at the back of their mind is “what if?”
The major ingredient of any recipe for fear is the unknown.
In reality, there
are many things in life you have zero control over.
And no matter how much you stress about it, whatever can happen, will happen.
By worrying chronically you only limit your ability to handle your emotions.
Worrying has a negative effect on your health, making you tired and stressed.
It will speed up the ageing process and makes us more prone to depression.
The sad thing is that we spend most of our lives worrying about things that never happen.
When you are overwhelmed by emotions, sit back, take a deep breath and accept the fact that sometimes things go wrong.
It’s time to stop worrying about things you can’t control and focus on the things you can.
Life is too short.
Stop worrying and start living.
