A child died in a house fire in Freedom Way, Nyanga this morning.
The fire and rescue service responded to the scene at 7:12am. Fire fighting efforts are still underway.
A child sustained fatal burn wounds and was declared deceased. A man sustained severe burn wounds and was treated at the scene before being transported to hospital.
The police are investigating the cause of the fire.Â
